Terms and Conditions
Effective from 01.01.2026
These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between NEXUS Science Hub (“the Institute”, “we”, “our”, “us”) and the student (“you”, “your”) enrolling in our educational programs. By enrolling, you agree to abide by all terms mentioned below.
1. Admission to any course is subject to availability and eligibility criteria as defined by the Institute. The Institute reserves the right to reject or cancel any admission without providing specific reasons. All information provided by the student during registration must be true and accurate.
2. Class timings are predetermined by the Institute and shall remain fixed. Requests for individual changes or personalized rescheduling of classes will not be entertained under any circumstances.The Institute reserves the right to modify class timings, schedules, or faculty assignments as required. Missed classes will not be compensated individually.
3. Course fees must be paid in advance on the first day of class during the month of admission. For subsequent months, fees are to be
paid on or before the 7th of each month. All fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. No refund will be granted in cases of voluntary withdrawal, disciplinary action, or irregular attendance.
4. Study materials provided (printed or digital) are for personal use only. Reproduction, sharing, or sale of institute materials without permission is strictly prohibited. All intellectual property rights belong solely to NEXUS Science Hub.
5. Parents and guardians are expected to maintain a respectful and courteous attitude towards all faculty members and staff of the Institute. Any form of rude, abusive, or disrespectful behavior towards tutors or administrative personnel will be considered a serious violation of the Institute’s code of conduct and may result in termination of the student’s enrollment.
6. In the event of a faculty member’s illness or unforeseen emergency, classes may be postponed or rescheduled. The Institute will make every reasonable effort to inform students in advance and arrange compensatory sessions, but such situations shall not be considered grounds for refunds or complaints.
7. The Institute will remain closed on public holidays or special occasions as notified in advance. No separate compensation classes will be provided for such holidays.
8. Any change in class schedule will be informed in advance through the official WhatsApp groups of the Institute. Students and guardians are requested not to call for reconfirmation, as all official updates will be communicated only through these groups.
9. In case the number of students in a class exceeds the maximum limit, the Institute reserves the right to create an additional batch for the same course. Students from an existing batch are not permitted to transfer to the newly formed batch under any circumstances.
10. All faculty members have their personal and family time outside teaching hours. Students and guardians are requested not to make unnecessary or frequent calls to faculty members. For any academic queries or discussions, calls may be made only between 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Communication outside this time frame will not be entertained.
11. Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTM) will be conducted as per the schedule decided by the Institute, and only when deemed necessary. Guardians are requested to attend these meetings to discuss the student’s progress as per the notified dates.
12. Students are expected to complete all homework and assignments on time. Regular practice and participation in class tests are compulsory for effective learning.
13. Polite and respectful behavior towards teachers, staff, and fellow students is mandatory. Any form of misconduct, including use of abusive language or disruptive behavior, will lead to disciplinary action.
14. The Institute is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings. Students are advised not to bring valuables to class.
